Job Brief

We are looking for a freelance Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and scale high-performing Facebook & Instagram campaigns for high-ticket IT services (Web development,App Development,Shopify,AI/ML,Ecommerce). You should focus on driving qualified leads from international markets (US, UK, Europe, APAC).

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy: Design and run end-to-end Meta ad campaigns targeted at C-suite and tech decision-makers.
- Optimization: A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding to lower Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL) and boost ROI.
- Tracking & Analytics: Manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and performance tracking (CPL, MQLs, SQLs).

Requirements

- Experience:



2–4 years running Meta Ads specifically in IT Services (preferably in-house).
- International Track Record:You should haveHands-on experience targeting clients in the US, UK, Europe, or APAC.
- High-Ticket B2B Focus: Proven success generating leads for long sales cycles and high-value tech services.
- Technical Setup: Solid expertise in Business Manager, CAPI, Custom/Lookalike Audiences, and CRM integration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
