Position: Messaging Services Senior Specialist

Location: Noida/Bangalore

- Typically, the Messaging Services Advisor is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Boundary Services Environment within Unified Messaging and Communication.
- Expert knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management, Mimecast, and Postfix.
- Advice on support and maintenance of Mimecast, Postfix, IronPort and Relay services
- Adequate knowledge on Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Ironport, Archiving Solutions Microsoft Teams.
- Advises team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc.
- Administrator who in Boundary Services (Mimecast,



Postfix, EOP, ATP, Proofpoint and Cisco IronPort).
- Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams
- Handles day to day Incident and Request management tasks
- Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)
- Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.

Basic Qualification

- Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting multifarious Messaging workplace with Boundary Services as primary focus technology
- Expert knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management archiving solutions
- In depth knowledge on Mimecast and Postfix and perimeter e-mail filtering administration support
- Good knowledge on different versions of Exchange
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office 365
- Degree: Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
