: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Position: Full Stack Developer (JavaScript / React / Node.js)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is proficient across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), has a strong eye for UI/UX, and can own features end-to-end — from interface design through backend implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Core Technical Development

- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Build reusable, responsive, and maintainable frontend components and backend APIs
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions following established coding standards and best practices
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed

UI/UX Design & Implementation

- Design and implement intuitive, visually consistent, and accessible user interfaces
- Translate wireframes, mockups, and design specs (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch) into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components
- Apply UX best practices — usability, accessibility (WCAG), information hierarchy, and consistent design systems
- Collaborate with designers to refine user flows, interactions, and micro-animations
- Conduct basic usability reviews and suggest UX improvements based on user feedback and analytics
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and responsiveness

Work & Code Quality

- Write clean, reusable, modular, and maintainable code
- Follow project coding standards and style guides
- Implement proper error handling, input validation, and security best practices
- Optimize application performance (load times, rendering efficiency, API response times)
- Maintain technical and design documentation where required





Debugging & Problem Solving

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party integrations
- Identify root causes of bugs/performance issues and implement effective, long-term fixes
- Monitor application stability, performance, and user experience post-release

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with backend/frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and product teams
- Actively participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and release activities
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Tools & Process

- Manage source code using Git/GitLab following defined branching strategies
- Create and review pull/merge requests, resolve merge conflicts, and maintain clean version control history
- Participate in CI/CD processes and coordinate with DevOps for smooth deployments

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and design systems
- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for design collaboration
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and database design
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitLab and collaborative development workflows
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Valuable to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
