Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located in Tiruppur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality garments. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with the design and production teams, ensuring adherence to customer specifications, and monitoring the entire process from order placement to final shipment.

Additionally,



the Merchandiser will handle market trends analysis to provide insights for product development and maintain effective customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their requirements effectively.
- Strong Sales and Retail experience to understand customer preferences and drive business growth.
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies to support product promotion and foster robust brand partnerships.
- Organizational skills for managing schedules, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including design and production teams.
- Familiarity with garments manufacturing processes and quality assurance is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field is highly desirable.
