Role & responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day communication with buyers and buying agencies.
- Coordinate with designers for CADs, product development, revisions, and approvals.
- Manage sample development and coordinate with production centres.
- Coordinate with sourcing, PPC, vendors, and karigars for various activities and other requirements.
- Prepare SPOs, quotations, costing sheets, and product PPTs.
- Monitor & coordinate with production, testing, packaging, finishing, and timely dispatch.
- Maintain trackers & sheets for smooth execution and effectiveness.
- Manage team activities and ensure smooth execution of merchandising work.
Key Skills
- Experience in Home Furnishing
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of product development and sampling
- Valuable understanding of fabrics, printing, dyeing, and embroidery
- Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines
- Team handling skills
