Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building services. Identify and resolve equipment breakdowns and technical issues promptly.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently. Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing when required.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures. Respond to emergency breakdowns and attend to maintenance requests.

Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field. Relevant experience in MEP/building maintenance preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
