What You Will Work On

- Application Development
- Build and maintain the Studio web interface for the XC platform using modern frameworks (React, Node.js with TypeScript BFF).
- Develop additional applications for demos, sales, and marketing use cases to showcase platform capabilities.
- Integration & Security
- Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs.
- Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and secure data handling.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Demonstrate urgency in execution while maintaining quality.
- Innovation & Growth
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.




- Continuously learn new technologies and apply them to improve user experience and developer productivity.

What Were Looking For

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React and Node.js.
- Understanding of frontend-backend integration patterns, including REST/gRPC APIs.
- Awareness of web application security fundamentals (OAuth, JWT, CORS, RBAC).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-learning mindset, accountability, and clear communication skills.
- Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup workplace with changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Knowledge of design systems and responsive UI frameworks.
- Prior experience with demo applications or customer-facing interfaces.
