Job Summary

JSE Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced MEP Designers & Modelers to join our engineering and BIM team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MEP designs, 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.

We are hiring professionals with experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D MEP models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Prepare MEP layouts, detailed design drawings, shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Model HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems based on project requirements.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness and quality.
- Prepare equipment layouts, schedules and technical drawings as required.
- Support quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and design documentation.
- Follow applicable project standards, specifications and BIM requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Architects and other project teams to resolve design and modeling issues.
- Maintain project models and drawings as per required LOD and project standards.

Fire Fighting
- Fire Fighting system modeling and design
- Sprinkler systems
- Fire hydrant systems
- Fire pump room layouts
- Fire Fighting shop drawings

Software Skills
- Autodesk Revit / Revit MEP
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks Manage
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Other relevant BIM and MEP design software

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP design and modeling.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination.
- Experience in preparing detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Knowledge of LOD 300 / LOD 400 is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- GCC / Middle East project experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or relevant engineering discipline.

Experience

2-15 years of relevant experience in MEP Design, MEP Modeling or BIM.

Candidates will be considered for Designer, Modeler, Senior Designer, Senior Modeler, BIM Coordinator or Lead-level positions based on experience and technical competency.
