Role & responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, or similar).
- Ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings, estimate the BOQs, and specifications.
- Hands-on experience in site supervision, testing, and commissioning of MEP installations.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills to handle design and execution challenges.
- Familiarity with project planning, cost estimation, and resource management.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and modern building systems.
Preferred candidate profile Only candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred from a reputed institute).
- Experience: 7-12 years of experience in MEP design, execution, and coordination specifically for residential/real estate projects.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of building services systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, fire-fighting, plumbing, and STP/WTP).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design tools.
- Familiarity with NBC, IS codes, local municipal bye-laws, and real estate regulatory requirements.
- Industry Background: Prior experience with real estate developers, large-scale construction companies, or PMC firms handling high-rise or township project
