MEP Engineer – Civil Construction

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong background in civil construction to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on-site. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience coordinating MEP execution alongside civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) installation works at site alongside civil construction activities
- Coordinate HVAC, fire fighting, electrical, and plumbing systems with subcontractors and vendors
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, ensure execution aligns with approved designs and IS codes
- Liaise closely with civil/structural teams to identify and resolve clashes between MEP and civil works
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and testing of MEP installations
- Prepare and update MEP progress reports, material requirements, and BOQs




- Monitor adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of MEP materials with the purchase team
- Troubleshoot on-site MEP issues and provide timely resolutions
- Supervise and guide MEP technicians/supervisors on-site
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for approvals/inspections as required

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of hands-on MEP experience in civil/building construction projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP/AutoCAD drawings
- Good understanding of IS codes, safety norms, and quality standards
- Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple contractors/vendors
- Willingness to work on-site full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
