Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry to manage and supervise MEP works for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of MEP systems and practical experience in site execution, contractor coordination, drawing review, quality control, testing & commissioning, and project handover. Candidates must have exposure to large-scale high-rise projects and should be comfortable coordinating with civil, structural, architectural, consultants, contractors, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day MEP execution activities at project sites.
- Coordinate and manage Mechanical and Electrical services for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Finishing, and other project teams.
- Supervise installation and execution of:

- HVAC systems

- HT/LT electrical systems

- DG Sets

- Transformers and panels

- Electrical distribution systems
- Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems

- Plumbing and drainage systems

- Water supply systems

- STP/WTP systems
- ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, BMS,



PA, Data & Voice
- Earthing and lightning protection systems
- Ensure all MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with MEP contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, work progress, and site productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
- Identify technical issues, site constraints, and coordination clashes and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification of MEP systems.
- Verify measurements, quantities, BOQs, and contractor bills related to MEP works.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP activities in line with the overall project schedule.
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and relevant site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements, NBC, and relevant IS codes.
- Support project handover by ensuring completion of testing, commissioning, documentation, and snag closure.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of complete MEP services in high-rise residential and commercial buildings.




- Hands-on experience in MEP site execution and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP layouts, shop drawings, SLDs, and coordinated drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, STP/WTP, DG, transformer, and building services.
- Knowledge of MEP BOQs, quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and contractor billing.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Understanding of testing & commissioning procedures.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 58 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction.
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Mandatory exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Candidates with experience in large-scale residential towers, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or similar projects will be preferred.
- Solid hands-on experience in MEP execution and coordination.
- Experience handling MEP contractors and subcontractors.
- Should be willing to work at project sites and travel between sites whenever required.
