About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Draughtsman with solid knowledge of fire-fighting system drawings and 3D drafting. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts and installation drawings for fire protection systems as per project requirements and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and 3D MEP drawings for fire-fighting and fire protection systems.
- Prepare detailed drawings for sprinkler, hydrant, fire pump room, piping and other fire-fighting systems.
- Develop GA drawings, shop drawings, sectional details, isometric drawings and installation drawings.
- Prepare accurate BOQ-related drawings and material layouts based on project requirements.
- Coordinate MEP/fire-fighting drawings with architectural, structural and other services drawings.
- Incorporate site changes and prepare as-built drawings.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, pipe routing and equipment locations.
- Coordinate with engineers, project teams and site supervisors to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable fire safety standards.
- Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / relevant qualification in Drafting, Mechanical,



Civil or MEP.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP/fire-fighting drafting.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of 3D drafting/modeling software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD 3D, Navisworks or similar.
- Practical knowledge of fire-fighting systems and piping layouts.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, architectural plans and site conditions.
- Knowledge of sprinkler and hydrant systems will be highly preferred.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. P

- Knowledge of NBC, NFPA and relevant Indian fire safety standards.
- Experience in preparing drawings for commercial, residential, industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates who can independently handle drawings from initial layout to final as-built drawings will be preferred.
