BIM MEP Engineer

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit as per project requirements and standards.
- Prepare and update MEP layouts, detailed drawings, and construction/shop drawings.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes.
- Coordinate MEP services with Architectural, Structural, and other engineering models.
- Review drawings and models to identify design, coordination, and constructability issues.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD when required.
- Ensure models and drawings are accurate, coordinated, and delivered within project timelines.
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, consultants, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow project BIM standards, modeling guidelines, naming conventions,



and documentation procedures.
- Maintain proper model quality and support the team in achieving project deliverables and deadlines.

Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 24 years of relevant experience in BIM/MEP modeling and coordination.
- Good working knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination workflows.
- Ability to read and understand MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver work within project deadlines.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, or other BIM tools will be an added advantage.
