Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in Bengaluru. The Member will support day-to-day marketing and promotional activities, including assisting with social media campaigns, basic content creation, and coordination of advertising efforts.

Responsibilities may include researching trends and competitors, helping plan and schedule posts, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing simple reports or updates for the team. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on creative ideas,



participating in brainstorming sessions, and contributing to a positive, energetic workspace. The Member is expected to be proactive, eager to learn, and ready to support the smooth execution of client projects.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in social media marketing, digital promotions, and brand-building activities.
- Basic skills in written and visual communication, with the ability to contribute to content and campaign ideas.
- Ability to conduct simple online research and organize information to support marketing initiatives.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills, with a professional and respectful approach to colleagues and clients.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and willingness to follow processes and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and engaging in an energetic, creative office environment.
- Educational background in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing or social media is beneficial, though enthusiastic entry-level candidates are welcome.
