Role Description

Work ex- 1-2 years The Medical Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Patna Area. This role involves visiting healthcare professionals, introducing and promoting Janjaes Pharmaceutical products, and providing accurate product information and medical updates.

The Medical

Representative will build and maintain strong professional relationships, manage a designated territory, and achieve sales targets through regular field visits, presentations, and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include monitoring market trends, collecting feedback from customers,



coordinating with internal teams on orders and supply, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also requires maintaining detailed records of activities, preparing reports, and participating in training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and industry developments.

Qualifications

- Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and achievement of sales objectives.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with healthcare professionals and building long-term relationships.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety information.
- Ability to work independently in the field, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort with using digital tools and basic office software for reporting and coordination.
- Prior experience as a medical representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Greater Patna Area and adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
