Experienced Front Desk Receptionist – Full Time

Bindra Dental Clinic and Implant Centre | Ludhiana, Punjab

We are looking for an experienced, well-presented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full time, on-site basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries and patient communication professionally.
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and courteous approach.
- Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments.
- Handle front-desk operations, billing coordination and basic administrative duties.
- Maintain patient records and coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.
- Handle patient inquiries and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements
- BBA / MBA preferred.
- Previous experience in reception, front-office or clinic/hospital administration required.




- Dental or medical clinic experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge and ability to manage basic office software.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong patient-handling skills.
