Medical Receptionist / Patient Coordinator – Dr Arora’s Dental & Laser Center

We are looking for a professional, well-presented and confident Medical Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our dental clinic in Greater Kailash, New Delhi.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of billing and payment processing
- Experience with cash handling and daily cash reconciliation
- Excellent appointment scheduling and patient coordination skills
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Professional, courteous and well-groomed personality
- Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills
- Previous medical/dental reception experience will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, confirmations, cancellations and follow-ups




- Handle reception and patient enquiries professionally
- Prepare patient bills and invoices
- Handle cash, card and other payments
- Maintain daily billing and cash collection records
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Issue receipts and reconcile payments
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with doctors
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and pending payments
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception setting

We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, organised, highly proficient in English and capable of independently managing appointments, billing, Excel records and daily cash collections. Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
