Role Description The Medical Officer (MBBS) will work full time on-site at Technoculture Research in Bengaluru. This role involves reviewing and interpreting diagnostic test results, correlating findings with clinical presentations, and providing medical insights to support product development and validation.

The Medical

Officer will collaborate closely with research scientists and engineers to ensure clinical relevance, safety, and accuracy of diagnostic tools, and will contribute to the design of clinical protocols and studies. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing patient care processes in partner clinical settings, providing training and medical guidance to internal teams and external healthcare professionals,



and supporting the preparation of medical documentation, reports, and publications. The role also includes participation in multidisciplinary meetings, adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, and continuous updating of knowledge in relevant medical and diagnostic fields.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and clinical decision-making, with an MBBS degree from a recognized institution and valid medical registration.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, including clinical assessment, monitoring, and evidence-based management in relevant specialties.
- Experience in Surgery or exposure to surgical environments, with understanding of perioperative care and procedural safety (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to provide Training to healthcare teams and non-clinical staff, including communicating complex medical concepts in clear, accessible terms.
- Experience Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, fostering collaboration between clinical and research stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in diagnostics, molecular medicine, or pharmacogenomics, with willingness to learn and engage with new technologies.
- Robust analytical, documentation, and medical writing skills; ability to review and interpret clinical and research data.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, regulatory compliance, and patient safety, with attention to detail and professional integrity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, research-driven environment in Bengaluru.
