Role Description The Medical Coding Trainer will deliver classroom and practical training sessions to learners enrolled in medical coding programs at TechnoBridge Systems Pvt Ltd. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and involves planning and conducting lectures, workshops, and assessments aligned with industry standards.

The trainer will design and update training materials, explain medical coding guidelines, review learner assignments, and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.



The role also includes mentoring learners on interview preparation, professional behavior, and industry expectations, as well as collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve course content and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Robust Medical Coding and Coding Experience skills, preferably with exposure to multiple coding systems (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
- Background in Health Information Management, including familiarity with health records, documentation standards, and data integrity.
- Sound knowledge of Medical Terminology and clinical concepts to accurately interpret and explain healthcare documentation.
- Relevant certification such as RHIT or equivalent credential in medical coding or health information management.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related field.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience, preferably in medical coding or healthcare education.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Comfort with using computers, learning management systems, and standard office software for teaching and record-keeping.
