Role Description The Telesales Executive will work full time on-site in the Pune District, engaging prospective learners and promoting TechnoBridge’s clinical research and healthcare-related courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining course details and perks, and guiding potential students through the enrollment process. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM,



and following up with prospects to convert inquiries into admissions.

The Telesales

Executive will collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams, handle customer queries professionally, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, professional, and persuasive interactions over phone and email.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify potential learners, nurture leads, and achieve enrollment targets.
- Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or educational counseling is beneficial.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and follow structured calling processes is preferred.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn about healthcare education programs, and readiness to work on-site in Pune District.
