l Claims management and/or customer service experience desired.

l Bachelor’s degree desired, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

l Should hold certificate from AAPC or AHIMA.

l Ability to perform at a high level of productivity and quality.

l Capacity to maintain a high level of accuracy.

l Excellent written and oral communication skills required to represent Infinx Clients.

l Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

l Skills to work independently and be resourceful with the ability to multi-task.
