- Calling US insurance companies to follow-up on claims, check & update the claim status
- Capable of capturing denials
- Work on denied claims and take appropriate action will be in RCM Process involving Data, Analysis and Voice process (AR Calling)
- Should be able to work independently
- Should be willing to work in night shifts Desired Skills Valuable Communication Skills
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in AR Calling and Revenue Cycle Management
- Must have experience in AR Calling, Analysis and Denial Management
- Should have worked on Appeals, Refiling and Denial Management
- Experience/knowledge in charge and payment posting.
