About the Role

ALP Solutions is hiring on behalf of Active TheoryActive Theory for the position of highly analytical, results-driven Media Buyer & Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns that drive leads, conversions, revenue, and measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Media Buying, Performance Marketing, Growth Strategy, and Campaign Optimization, with proven exposure to Real Estate, FMCG, SaaS, and eCommerce industries. You should also be highly active in adopting and leveraging AI tools and contemporary marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Develop end-to-end performance marketing and media buying strategies.

Build and optimize marketing funnels from awareness to conversion and retention.

Develop audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and acquisition strategies.

Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and revenue.

Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign efficiency and profitability.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaigns.

Work closely with creative, content, design, and development teams to improve campaign performance.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking, analytics, attribution, and reporting.

Analyze customer journeys, campaign data,



and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Continuously explore and implement AI tools for research, strategy, automation, creative ideation, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

3–6 years of experience in Media Buying, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.

Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other performance marketing platforms is preferred.

Proven experience working with Real Estate, FMCG, SaaS, and eCommerce brands.

Strong understanding of paid media, marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.

Strong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, attribution, and campaign scaling.

Ability to manage advertising budgets and deliver measurable ROI.

Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

Highly active and proficient in using AI-powered tools and technologies to improve marketing performance and productivity.
