Media Executives – Corporate Sales

Pansworld Television (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Media Executives – Corporate Sales to join our Business Development team.

Pansworld Television is a leading corporate film production and video marketing company with 30+ years of experience. We create Corporate Films, Brand Films, Marketing Videos, Documentaries, Digital Ads, and other video content for leading organisations across industries.

We're hiring ambitious people for corporate outreach to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers and offer video marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities among corporates, manufacturing companies, real estate companies, infrastructure, engineering, BFSI, and other growth sectors.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and other business-development channels.
- Connect with MDs, CEOs, Heads of Marketing & Sales, Brand & Communication Heads, and HR Heads.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and make presentations.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Skills & Expertise Required

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of corporate sales and B2B business development.
- Confident in making cold calls and initiating conversations with new prospects.




- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital prospecting will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Basic understanding of corporate films, advertising, digital marketing, and media production will be an advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in:

- Corporate / B2B Sales
- Media Sales
- Advertising Sales
- Digital Marketing Sales
- Video Production & Client Servicing
- Corporate Communication
- Business Development

Candidates with experience in Sales, advertising, media, digital marketing, or corporate video services will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

Graduate degree in Arts, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Management, Media, or a related field.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives/commission

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, existing client network, and demonstrated sales capability.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Full-time | Mumbai / Pune
