Role : As a Transmitter Manaufacturing Team member contribute to acheive Transmitter Manaufacturing Goals.

Prepare

Production preparation Process for the New product/options additions Maintain and enhance the Production Equipment and systems for Production enhancement and improvements Maintain Production Software inline with Yokogawa Global MFG requirement Technology aborrption from YHQ and implementation of New Production line. Development of MFG equiments locally.

Key responsibilities

- Ensuring total compliance to the Yokogawa Manufacturing policies & procedures and YIL policies.

- Maintaining Production equipments and Sofwares for 100% uptime in LM Line

- Organise and plan for Preventative maintainance of MFG quipments to eliminate any production doentime

- Co-oridinate with YMG MED and ensure YIL equipments and SW are exactly meeting Global stnadards.

- Production Process Equpment Preparation & upgradation of the Softwares for any process changes (4M)



required for any enhancement in LM line and for any new products additions

- Maintain complete record of the $M changes done in MFG line Undertake new Projects by enhancing machines & equipments as well as MFG process to improve Productivity, Quality, Safety and uptime

- Develop & implement changes in the MFGequiment or MFG line, Develop new macines for New products

- Develop SW & tools for changes or New MFG line. Software interfce of Different machines with production system.

- Basic Knowledge of Assembly line Process, factory automation

- Knowledge of industry 4.0, IOT, Digitisation in MFG will be added advantage
