Position Summary: - We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer specializing in research and development, with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and expertise in CAD software and robotics. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with power tools, 3D printing, and an innovative approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotics projects to be represented at international competitions, driving innovation and excellence in our R&D; initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Project Development: Design, prototype, and develop advanced mechanical components and systems for robots, utilizing CAD software, 3D printing, CNC machining, and other fabrication technologies.

▪ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines, ensuring cohesive and effective project outcomes.

▪ Technical Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge in mechanical engineering to solve complex problems, innovate new solutions, and optimize existing systems.

▪ Mentorship: Train and mentor aspiring innovators, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development in the field of mechanical engineering.

▪ Leadership: Manage the team along with showing leadership skills.

Requirements:

▪ Technical Proficiency: Strong background in mechanical engineering with proven expertise in mechanical system design, analysis,



and troubleshooting.

▪ CAD Software: Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360.

▪ Hands-On Experience: Extensive experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and power tools.

Mechanical –

▪ Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Fusion360.

▪ Previous experience in product designing and mechanical engineering, preferably in robotics projects

▪ Hands-on experience with power tools and 3D printing.

▪ Experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser machines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
