Key Responsibilities

- Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during their stay in the facility.

- Administer Medications: Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for side effects, ensuring proper dosing as per guidelines.

- Assist with Procedures: Help doctors and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures by preparing the equipment and ensuring a sterile environment.

- Monitor Vital Signs: Regularly check patients' vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature to assess their health status.

- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health management, medications, and post-treatment care to promote better health outcomes.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, and interventions, to ensure continuity of care.

- Collaborate with Team:

Required Skills And Expectations
