Role Description The Mechanical Engineer will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of automotive components and systems.

Responsibilities include designing mechanical parts and assemblies, creating and reviewing CAD models and drawings, and supporting prototype build and testing activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address performance, safety, and manufacturability requirements, while participating in R&D; initiatives to improve vehicle performance and reliability.

Engineer will also support project planning, documentation,



and coordination to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to automotive systems and components.
- Proficiency in Machine Design for high-performance and durable mechanical assemblies.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for modeling, drafting, and design validation.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in Research and Development (R&D;) for automotive or mechanical products, including testing and data-driven optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of automotive materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test data accurately.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
