Role Description This is a full-time, in office Mechanical Engineer role based in Roorkee Tehsil.

The Mechanical

Engineer will design, analyze, and improve automotive components and accessories, ensuring compatibility, durability, and safety for four-wheeler vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing mechanical designs, creating and updating CAD models and drawings, supporting product testing and validation, and providing technical input for sourcing and quality checks of spares. The role involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to resolve technical issues, assisting in root cause analysis of product failures,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across product lines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and practical understanding of automotive systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Design and mechanical component selection for four-wheeler applications.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Project Management, including planning, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Research and Development (R&D;), including testing, data analysis, and product improvement.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Roorkee Tehsil, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple tasks responsibly.
- Familiarity with automotive standards, basic quality control practices, and safety regulations is beneficial.
- Prior experience in the automotive or auto parts sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
