About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in Pharma Industry projects and mechanical project execution.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical works at project sites, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, project standards, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day mechanical site execution activities for Pharma Industry projects.
- Coordinate and monitor mechanical works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure proper execution and workmanship of mechanical installations.
- Coordinate with other disciplines including Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, and Utilities.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate with project teams to achieve planned targets.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and applicable codes.
- Maintain necessary site records, inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and project documentation.
- Participate in inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure secure execution of mechanical works in coordination with the HSE/Safety team.
- Support project teams in resolving technical and site-related mechanical issues.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Pharma Industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Pharma project execution / site execution.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, industrial projects, or related environments is preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong site coordination and contractor management skills.
- Good knowledge of project quality, safety, and execution requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Pharma construction/project execution will be preferred.
