Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer role based in Lucknow. The MEP Engineer will design, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing and checking technical drawings, specifications, and calculations, collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors, and resolving design and site coordination issues.

The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring installation quality, supporting testing and commissioning activities,



and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The engineer will also contribute to cost estimation, value engineering, and the integration of sustainable building services solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering skills, including experience with MEP system design and integration.
- Candidates should possess practical Plumbing skills, including design, layout, and installation coordination for water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills relevant to building services, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.
- Candidates should possess MEP Coordination and Building Services skills, including multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and familiarity with building services standards.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Experience working on government or large-scale infrastructure projects and familiarity with national building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar), and the ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and manage multiple tasks effectively.
