nAbout the Role
nZyeta is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – MEP to lead the end-to-end delivery of MEP works across large-scale commercial interior fit-out and design & build projects.




nThe role will own project execution, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, contractor performance, MEP coordination, commissioning and client management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
nWhat You Will Do

- Lead end-to-end MEP project execution from mobilisation through testing, commissioning and handover.n
- Manage HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP services as applicable.n
- Develop project execution plans, master schedules, look-ahead plans and recovery strategies.n
- Monitor critical path activities and take timely action to recover project delays.n
- Manage construction sequencing and coordinate MEP works with civil, interiors and other project workstreams.n
- Resolve design, technical and interface issues between contractors, consultants and project teams.n
