nIf you have hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end Lead-to-Bill (Lead-to-Cash) solutions and have worked extensively within the telecom ecosystem, we'd love to connect with you.
nKey Responsibilities
n✅ Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions.
n✅ Design and implement end-to-end telecom processes covering:
nLead → Opportunity → Quote → Order Capture → Order Management → Fulfillment → Service Activation → Billing
n✅ Define scalable solution architectures across:

n✅ Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.
