nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead / Technical Architect with strong expertise in designing and delivering large-scale CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have successfully implemented multiple Dynamics CRM/D365 CE engagements, possess solid AI integration knowledge, and have extensive client-facing and solution architecture experience in SaaS environments.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions.n
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.n
- Architect scalable SaaS-based CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.n
- Design and implement AI-enabled CRM capabilities using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Power Platform AI Builder, and Generative AI solutions.n




- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.n
- Lead client workshops, solution discussions, architecture reviews, and technical presentations.n
- Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.n
- Collaborate with integration, cloud, and data teams for enterprise-wide solutions.n
- Prepare solution architecture documents, HLDs, LLDs, and technical proposals.n
