nWe are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with solid hands-on experience in JavaScript, ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and ITOM implementations.

nKey Responsibilities
n

- n
- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions.n
- Perform ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, including server-side and client-side scripting.n
- Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM workflows.n
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Data Policies.n
- Customize ServiceNow applications based on business and technical requirements.n
- Work with REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, JSON, XML, and external systems where required.n
- Support CMDB data management, CI relationships, identification/reconciliation, and data quality.n




- Develop and maintain workflows/automation using ServiceNow platform capabilities.n
- Troubleshoot performance, configuration, scripting, and integration issues.n
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, upgrade-safe customization practices, and best practices.n
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and other technical teams.n

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM Development.n
- Strong JavaScript programming and ServiceNow scripting.n
- Experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization.n
- Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.n
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and workflows.n
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and ServiceNow integrations.n
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.n
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment.n
