Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mathematics Teacher at Glecta IND.

The Mathematics

Teacher will design and deliver online mathematics lessons, create engaging instructional materials, and adapt content to meet diverse learner needs. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, assessing learner progress, providing timely feedback, and supporting learners through virtual communication tools.



The role also involves collaborating with other educators on curriculum development, aligning lessons with learning standards, and participating in ongoing professional development.

The Mathematics

Teacher is expected to use digital tools effectively and maintain clear, consistent communication with learners and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Mathematics with the ability to teach core and advanced concepts clearly.
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including creating structured and engaging learning sequences.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certification.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience teaching mathematics is preferred.
- Ability to teach higher level ( collage) students.
