AB InBev India is looking to hire Material Planner (Off-Roll) based out of Aurangabad The Material Planner is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted availability of materials required for production and business operations. The role involves inventory planning as per Norms, procurement coordination, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing inventory costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage material requirements based on production forecasts and demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials, packaging materials.
- Create and maintain purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement teams for PO conversion
- Scheduling material with Supplier and transporter.
- Track supplier deliveries and proactively address supply shortages or delays.
- Analyze material consumption trends and escalate any abnormalities.




- Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Manage stock transfers between plant & Central Hops Warehouse.
- Review excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory and drive inventory optimization initiatives.
- Maintain ERP/MRP master data related to materials, lead times, safety stock, and planning parameters.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory, material availability, OTIF, and planning performance.
