Required Technical Skills

- Master Data Management (MDM) Platforms: Informatica MDM, STIBO STEP, SAP MDG, Reltio, IBM Infosphere MDM (any one or more)

- Data Modeling & Data Governance

- Data Quality, Data Cleansing & Data Standardization

- ETL Tools and Data Integration

- SQL, Database Concepts

- REST/SOAP APIs

- Java/Python (preferred)

- Workflow Design and Business Rules Configuration

- Master Data Domains: Customer, Product, Vendor, Material, Employee

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions to support enterprise data strategies.

- Configure data models, business rules, workflows, hierarchy management, and matching/merging rules.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into MDM solutions.

- Develop and maintain interfaces between MDM and source/target systems.

- Perform data profiling, data quality analysis, cleansing, and standardization.

- Support data governance initiatives and master data lifecycle management.

- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.





- Troubleshoot and resolve MDM application issues.

- Create technical documentation, data mappings, and design specifications.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity across enterprise systems.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in MDM implementation and support.

- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.

- Experience in data migration, data consolidation, and data synchronization.

- Understanding of master data domains and business processes.

- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Positive-to-Have Skills

- MDM platform certification (Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, STIBO STEP, Reltio, etc.).

- Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.

- Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, or Healthcare domains.
