Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mathematics Faculty to join our Architecture College. The candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics and related quantitative concepts to architecture students and supporting their academic development through effective classroom teaching, practical applications, and academic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lectures for undergraduate architecture students.
- Teach mathematical concepts relevant to Architecture, Design, Building Technology, Structures, Geometry, and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, question papers, and assessments.
- Conduct tutorials, practical/problem-solving sessions, and academic activities.
- Evaluate student performance and provide appropriate feedback and academic support.
- Integrate mathematical concepts with architectural applications and real-world examples.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and other departmental documentation.
- Participate in examinations, evaluation, workshops, seminars, and academic activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and other institutional academic initiatives.
- Mentor students and assist them in improving their analytical and problem-solving skills.

Essential Qualifications




- Master’s Degree (M.Sc in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 55% marks at the Postgraduate level, or as prescribed by the applicable regulations.
- UGC-NET / SLET / SET qualification is compulsory.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with teaching experience in a college/university or architecture-related institution will be preferred.

Desirable Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics.
- Previous teaching experience in Architecture / Engineering / Higher Education institutions.
- Research publications, conference participation, or academic experience.
- Ability to connect mathematical concepts with architectural applications.

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics.
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills.
- Valuable classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members and academic teams.

Experience Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred. Freshers with NET/SLET/SET qualification and strong academic credentials may also be considered, depending on institutional requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
