We are looking for creative and enthusiastic Mass Communication students who are passionate about storytelling, digital media, content creation, and communication. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to real-world projects across content, social media, outreach, branding, and creative media.

Internship Roles

Selected interns will be aligned with one or more of the following areas based on their skills and interests:

1. Content Writing Intern

- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Research and develop stories around social impact initiatives.
- Assist in content planning and maintaining content calendars.
- Write explicit and creative copies for digital platforms.

2. Social Media Intern

- Assist in managing social media platforms and online presence.
- Create social media posts, captions, and campaign ideas.
- Track trends and suggest creative content strategies.
- Support engagement activities and community building.

3. Outreach Intern

- Assist in communication and relationship-building with NGOs, communities, and partners.
- Conduct research and maintain outreach databases.




- Support campaign promotions and partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate communication with external stakeholders.

4. Graphic Design Intern

- Create creatives for social media, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Work on visual concepts, posters, banners, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging designs.

5. Video Editing Intern

- Edit short-form videos, reels, interviews, and campaign videos.
- Assist in video storytelling and content production.
- Add captions, transitions, and creative elements to videos.
- Support video-based campaigns for digital platforms.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Advertising, or related fields.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
