Role Description The Martech Campaign Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Aquisition and Conversion campaigns across channels. This role involves collaborating with product, sales, and analytics teams to design customer journeys, segment audiences, and deploy campaigns aligned with business objectives.

The Martech Campaign

Manager will manage campaign workflows, ensure data accuracy, monitor performance dashboards, and generate insights to improve conversion and engagement. Day-to-day activities include coordinating campaign calendars, overseeing campaign testing and automation rules, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, and continuously refining strategies based on results. The role also includes documenting processes, maintaining campaign assets, and supporting the rollout of new marketing technology tools and features.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Campaign Management and Campaigns skills, including planning, execution, tracking, and optimization.




- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting campaign performance insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to manage timelines, resources, and multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills and a strong commercial mindset to align campaigns with revenue goals and lead-generation targets.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities, with proficiency in reporting and dashboard tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or martech are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Understanding of financial services or NBFC products is beneficial.
