Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead who can take ownership of the marketing function and lead the team effectively. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond execution and has the maturity, ownership, and leadership skills to independently manage the marketing team and drive initiatives from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading people, driving marketing campaigns and projects, setting priorities, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining the overall quality of work. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead the marketing team to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives.
- Delegate tasks effectively based on team members strengths, capabilities, and priorities.
- Establish explicit goals and expectations for the team and regularly track progress.
- Drive collaboration within the team and ensure effective communication across functions.
- Build a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative marketing team.

Marketing Planning & Execution

- Plan, prioritize, and drive marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance to ensure timely execution.
- Take ownership of challenges and proactively identify solutions instead of waiting for direction.
- Review and maintain the overall quality and consistency of marketing deliverables.




- Analyse campaign performance and use data and insights to improve marketing strategies and outcomes.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, HR, Design, and Leadership teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Present campaign updates, performance reports, challenges, and recommendations to the leadership team.

Process Improvement & Marketing Strategy

- Identify gaps in processes and introduce improvements to make the marketing function more structured and efficient.
- Stay updated with current marketing trends, digital channels, tools, and best practices.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when required.
