Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Karol Bagh. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s architectural and design services, both online and offline. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying target client segments, and supporting sales initiatives by preparing proposals and presentations.

The Marketing

Specialist will manage communication with prospective and existing clients, coordinate promotional events,



and collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials aligned with the company’s brand. The role also requires maintaining marketing reports, tracking campaign performance, and suggesting improvements to marketing strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze trends and develop targeted campaigns.
- Sales skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design and operations teams to create and implement marketing initiatives.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in professional services or design/architecture industry is an advantage.
