Role Description This full time Marketing Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Kerala, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

The Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns, support brand positioning, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior and competitor activity, assisting with sales and promotional initiatives, and monitoring campaign performance. The role also includes preparing marketing materials and presentations, collaborating with design and content teams, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Specialist is expected to contribute ideas for improving marketing strategy and enhancing customer engagement while meeting agreed timelines and performance targets.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support strategic planning.
- Candidates should possess Sales and customer relationship skills to assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and supporting sales campaigns.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).
