We are looking for an experienced and proactive PR Manager / Marketing Coordinator to manage and coordinate Public Relations, Marketing, Communication and promotional activities for GLPC projects.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of Government projects, Government communication, public-sector assignments and institutional branding, with the ability to independently manage 360-degree PR and marketing activities while coordinating effectively with internal teams, government officials, media, creative teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 360-degree PR, marketing and communication strategies for GLPC and its various initiatives/projects.
- Coordinate with Government departments, officials, stakeholders, agencies and project teams for smooth execution of communication and promotional activities.
- Plan and manage PR campaigns, media relations, press releases, media coverage and publicity activities.
- Prepare and coordinate official communication, press notes, media briefs, presentations, reports and other communication materials.
- Coordinate with creative, graphic design, digital marketing, social media, video and content teams to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
- Manage social media and digital communication activities in coordination with the concerned teams.




- Assist in planning and execution of government events, campaigns, exhibitions, awareness programs, conferences and promotional activities.
- Ensure that all communication and creative outputs are professionally presented, factually accurate and aligned with Government/GLPC guidelines and objectives.
- Coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and ensure timely execution as per project timelines and client requirements.
- Liaise with media houses, journalists, publications, vendors, production teams and other external agencies whenever required.
- Monitor media coverage, PR activities and campaign performance and prepare periodic reports and updates.
- Understand project briefs and convert them into effective communication and marketing deliverables.
- Take ownership of assignments from planning → coordination → execution → follow-up → reporting, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of PR, marketing and communication activities.
- Work closely with senior management and provide regular updates regarding project progress, media activities and deliverables.
- Handle multiple government-project requirements simultaneously with professionalism and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Advertising or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in PR, Marketing, Corporate Communications or a similar role.
- Prior experience working on Government / Government-sector projects will be strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Government communication protocols, official documentation and public-sector work culture.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi.
- Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams such as Creative, Digital, Social Media, Video, Content and Media.
- Good understanding of PR, media management, branding, digital marketing and social media.
- Strong organizational, planning, follow-up and execution abilities.
- Ability to understand requirements quickly and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, presentations and basic digital platforms.
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality work in a fast-paced government-project environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be someone who can understand government work and requirements practically, coordinate with different teams and stakeholders, and take responsibility for the complete 360-degree execution of PR and marketing activities. Candidates with experience in Government projects, Government agencies, PSUs, Government communication, public-sector campaigns, development-sector projects or similar institutional assignments will be preferred.
