What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of Brand Management experience
- Prior experience in Skincare, Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or D2C brands
- Robust understanding of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and Retention Marketing
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
