Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract recent customers, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, analytical, and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and coordinate marketing content, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and improve online engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and management teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies,



and partners.
- Identify new opportunities to increase leads, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and commonly used digital marketing tools.
