Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with strong expertise in real estate marketing, digital marketing, Meta Ads, social media, influencer marketing and project launches.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and execute pre-launch and launch strategies for new real estate projects, including market positioning, teaser campaigns, project reveals, lead-generation campaigns and launch activities.

● Develop and execute post-launch marketing strategies focused on project visibility, inventory movement, offers, remarketing and lead conversion.

● Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to create and enhance Reels, videos, creatives, images and other digital content, improving creativity, quality and marketing efficiency.

● Manage company’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube presence and ensure consistent, project-focused communication.

● Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for brand awareness, project promotion and lead generation, including audiences, budgets, creatives, lead forms and retargeting.

● Develop marketing content highlighting project USPs, amenities,



location advantages, construction progress, offers and events.

● Identify and coordinate with social media influencers for project and brand promotions, commercials, deliverables and finalisation in coordination with management.

● Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and creative agencies for marketing content and campaign execution.

● Work closely with sales and project teams to align marketing activities with project requirements and sales objectives.

● Monitor competitor projects, pricing, marketing campaigns and real estate market trends to identify opportunities and improve marketing strategies.

● Track leads, CPL, lead quality, conversions, engagement and ROI, and take corrective actions to improve campaign performance.

● Prepare regular marketing and campaign performance reports for management.
