Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with experience in the jewellery industry to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, increase customer engagement, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive offers, product launches, exhibitions, and events.
- Develop strategies to increase customer enquiries, showroom visits, and sales.
- Manage digital and offline marketing activities, including social media, advertising, print media, and outdoor promotions.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop effective customer acquisition strategies.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, media agencies, influencers, and other marketing partners.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to promote new collections and special campaigns.
- Manage the marketing team and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing expenses, leads, conversions,



and ROI.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery market trends and customer behaviour.
- Experience in campaign planning, promotions, events, and brand building.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel when required.
