Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Manager – Travel Trade (B2B)

About the Company

Cocokerala Tours, with over 25 years of excellence in the travel and tourism industry, is expanding its footprint. We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong experience in travel trade marketing and business development to strengthen our companies market presence and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the company’s travel products and services to tour operators, travel agents, and corporate clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the travel trade network
- Drive B2B sales and business development activities
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
- Represent the company at travel trade events, exhibitions, and networking meets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of inquiries and conversions
- Travel as required for client meetings and partner engagement
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities and business performance

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience:



2–5 years in travel trade marketing / tourism sales / B2B marketing (mandatory)
- Prior experience working with tour operators, travel agencies, or hospitality sales teams is essential
- Education: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree (Marketing/Business preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Languages: Proficiency in English or Hindi (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel for business development activities

Important Note This role focuses on B2B / offline marketing and partner relationship development. This is NOT a digital marketing role.
